SIZING

How do I know what size to order?

For bralettes, size is based on band size.

Band size is the measurement around your ribcage underneath breasts. This is likely different than the band size that you usually wear. Measure your band size in inches and compare that measurement to the chart below:

X-Small - AA+   24”-28” band         

Small - A/B   26”-30” band

Medium - B/C   28”-32” band

Large - C/D   30”-34” band

X-Large - DD+  32”-36” band

Panties & Bodysuits:

Sizing listed is approximate to your pant size. As we know, this is not an exact science but we believe our panties are true to the size you usually wear.

X-Small - 0/2

Small - 4/6

Medium - 8/10

Large - 12/14

X-Large - 16/18

2 XL - 20/22

3 XL - 24/26

Do you offer custom sizing?

Yes! At Hi, Tiger we know bodies come in all shapes and sizes. If you are interested in placing a custom order, the first step is to contact us at hitigerlingerie@gmail.com.

Shipping

When will my order ship?

All items, unless otherwise noted, are made to order and will ship within 2 to 4 weeks.

How is shipping calculated?

We charge flat rates per package as follows:

$3 First Class USPS without tracking

$5 First Class USPS with tracking

$10 Priority Mail USPS

Do you offer local pick-up?

Local pick-up is available and is FREE! Just use code: LOCAL at checkout.

Do you accept Returns & Exchanges?

We gladly accept unworn, unwashed items with the tags still attached within 14 days of their ship date, for exchange or store credit only. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our small business, we are unable to offer returns for cash at this time.  **

Due to the intimate nature of purchasing and trying on panties and bodysuits, we ask that you please be mindful to try on only with your own underwear underneath to make sure size and fit is correct in the event that you need to return. 

You will be responsible for return shipping costs but we are happy to cover the cost of shipping your exchange! (First Class USPS)
